Our Policies
Quick Response Pledge: To meet your company's needs, we are on call 24 hours a day. If you need us outside of our normal business hours, simply leave a message with our answering service, and we will call you back within 1 hour.
Checks: We will gladly drop off checks at facilities where more than five of our employees are working. If you need a large volume of our temporary employees, we'll set up an onsite representative to check them in for you.
Hiring: If you like the applicants we send you, you may hire them after 90 days or 480 hours. If you like them so much you can't wait that long, we'll be glad to accept a permanent placement fee, which will be due at that time. If you decide to hire our employee but decline to pay the placement fee, that employee cannot work for your company for 6 months.
Satisfying You Is Our Number One Priority: If by chance you are dissatisfied with any employee's services, please contact us within 2 hours of his or her first shift, and you will not be billed. Plus we'll send a replacement as soon as possible. To assure that you are satisfied, we will call you to make sure that our employees have checked in, and also we conduct weekly quality control calls.
4-hour Minimum: We require a 4-hour minimum for our temporary employees. If you will not be needing the employee we have assigned to you, make sure you notify us or you will be billed for 4 hours.
